AFM - Aviation Field Maintenance

M&E have been recruiting maintenance and supply teams to provide worldwide Aviation Field and Sustainment Level Maintenance (AFM), and complete maintenance mechanic jobs. They encompass Reset, non-standard repair, installation and removal of Modification Work Orders (MWO), Combat Aviation Brigade (CAB) Pass-back Maintenance Support. 

We have been supporting our client for a number of years under AFMand due to mission requirementsthe footprint has expanded to include Germany, Kuwait, Afghanistan, Iraq and Honduras. 

Skills set provided under AFM so far include: 

  • Aircraft Mechanics Level I and II 

  • Avionics Technicians 

  • CNC Machinists 

  • Electronics Technicians 

  • Production Control Clerks 

  • Sheet Metal Workers 

  • Supply Technicians 

  • Tools and Parts Attendants 

  • Warehouse Specialists 

  • Other maintenance mechanic jobs
