M&E Global has an exciting opportunity for an experienced QEHS Supervisor to become part of our team in Campia Turzii, Romania.

Previous health and safety experience is essential, you'll be receiving ongoing training to further enhance your technical knowledge and professional development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures implementation of Amentum QEHS policies at the site.
- Provides input to the Program’s Safety Recognition Program IAW Amentum policy.
- Monitors Safety Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reports data and trend analysis to QEHS Manager
- Ensure required content for Safety Boards at Site are posted, accurate, and updated.
- Coordinates the Site’s QEHS Staff and its Auditors/inspectors to ensure successful and effective completion of required audits IAW Internal Audit procedure and industry standards.
- Ensures site compliance with Document Control system.
- Disseminates crosstell and quality documentation to and from other sites, including Contractor Officer
- Representative (COR) out-briefs and Quality directives.
- Provides guidance and advice to the Site Manager and Technicians on QEHS concerns.
- Facilitates Root Cause analysis discovery for site NCRs and ensure corrective action and preventive action are acceptable and validates NCRs prior to input in QMS.
- Performs site inputs into the quality system ensuring compliance with QMS.
- Provides training to site Internal Auditors.
- Provides oversight of SIF/QCIF program to ensure site personnel are correctly managing these quality processes.
- Processes, evaluates, and submits on time, completed Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Preventative Action Request (PARs), Self-Inspections and audit reports.
- Professionally liaises with Program QESH, USAF CORs and AMIC Quality Staff and assist them with Quality issues.
- Provides supervision, direction and training to all Site’s QEHS Technicians
- Reviews and assists in the development of SOPs, Work Instructions (WIs), and Local Operating Instructions (LOIs).
- Ensures standards are adhered to IAW all applicable guidance.
- Ensures safety practices and housekeeping are maintained.
- Performs audits to ensure quality repair, inspection and documentation standards are met.
- Randomly reviews production and inspection schedules, work orders and historical records to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
- Performs random inspections on tools, shop equipment, safety equipment and protective clothing.
- Performs other duties as assigned
