Looking for an experienced GSE Supervisor to join M&E Global in Campia Turzii, Romania, supporting aviation operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Directs and coordinates production efforts of GSE Mechanics.
- Primary trainer on programs and equipment related to GSE Department.
- Prepares and completes applicable documentation as necessary.
- Inspects the operation, troubleshooting, and repairs, of GSE Mechanics.
- Performs supervisor review on all completed forms after maintenance actions.
- Counsels employees as necessary or as directed by the GSE Superintendent.
- Performs required departmental inspections and audits using current SOPs and WIs.
- Inspects servicing and maintenance, as required, on all in use assets.
- Conducts training evaluations and ensures all training records are properly maintained.
- May be required to operate material handling equipment.
- Conforms to all company safety, hazardous material, and quality standards.
- Performs TDY in the area of operation as required
- Prepares reports on production and man-hour utilization for submission to the GSE
- Superintendent for review and analysis.
- Implements programs and develops tracking methods as directed by the Superintendent.
- Candidate must perform all duties of the GSE Superintendent in his/her absence.
