We have over 50 combined years of senior management knowledge on Department of Defence (DoD) contracts, and vast experience of deploying personnel all over the world. What’s more, we also understand the exacting legal, medical and compliance requirements that our clients’ missions require. 

For every contract, we provide a tailored Programme Organisational Structure where we manage and commit a team of Programme Managers, Points of Contact and Administrators at the point of location to provide ongoing liaison and supervision throughout the lifecycle of the programme.

This team are further supported by dedicated Account Managers, HR, Admin and Recruitment teams from our regional headquarters. 

Our Programme Managers act as a Single Point of Contact, and are responsible for ensuring timely and coordinated delivery, communications and decision making across the entire project scope.  

From initial contact to completion, our contract recruitment experts work tirelessly to maintain a close working relationship with our clients so that both parties are involved in the planning of resource recruitment, giving you confidence in the process as well as the personnel.  .
