M&E Global continue to support the APS2 missions in multiple locations across Germany.

We provide personnel with mechanic job skills and continual support across maintenance, supply and transportation functions covering US ground support equipment and armoured vehicles including M1, M2/M3 Bradley Infantry fighting vehicles, HUMVEE, HEMMT's, M109 Howitzer, M88 Recovery Vehicles, M113 and M577 APC.

We have deployed over 700 personnel to date on long term contracts for positions including Vehicle Mechanics (Heavy and Light Track, Wheel, Recovery), Supply Technicians, Warehouse Operatives, Forklift Operators, Fuel Specialists, Quality Control/Assurance Technicians, Armorers, AWRDS Technicians, Data Administrators and Safety Environment Offices as well as Lead positions.

To meet increasing Military Training Exercises throughout Europe M&E also provide support personnel on Temporary Duty Assignments to meet the mission requirements.

Our dedicated management team in Germany ensure a close working relationship between HQ in the UK and our client on each site in Germany and they, in turn, are supported by several Point of Contacts (POCs) who assist with personnel matters.

All personnel are deployed full compliant with local laws and regulations after a series of onboarding paperwork including Criminal Record Check, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Identification Documents, etc. have been completed and submitted to the local security office in Germany.

M&E Global continue to source, provide and manage our personnel accommodation as well as the complete range of HR functions including holiday planning and discipline.

  • The staff at M&E have proven to be not only resourceful but also extremely supportive with work related issues.

In addition to this they also support with private challenges that one might encounter when moving to a different country. Driving is my passion, during my first 6 months working with M&E I was fortunate to progress from Movement Control Driver to Recovery Ops.

  • Working abroad is an unbeatable experience, both personally and for career development.

When I saw the opportunity with M&E to work for the US military in Germany, I thought it sounded amazing – and I haven’t looked back since! There are plenty of opportunities for training and development for anyone who wants it. You will also learn on the job too – in fact, I’d say that I’ve learnt something new every day since I’ve been here!Life here is great. I’ve made lots of friends, both on and off base, and there are loads of opportunities to travel and explore on the weekends.

  • M&E Global gave me the training and opportunities to progress in my career.

What I like most about my work at M&E is the opportunities it offers me for development and the challenges and complexity of the tasks it puts in front of me. Secondly, it's great that I’m learning about working in a military environment. I emphasise learning, because the area is so vast that you will always be surprised by something new!
